Sunninghill Construction Co. Limited is a Sussex-based building company established in 1974 working as principal contractor with consultants and clients in the education, housing, healthcare, commercial, industrial and community sectors. Our preferred area of operations extends across East and West Sussex, Surrey, West Kent and the South London Boroughs. We welcome an early involvement in projects where we can offer our expertise on buildability, and cost effective and sustainable methods of construction. We are Partner and Framework Contractors with East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey County Councils with accreditations including ISO 9001, CHAS, Constructionline (Reg. No. 2729), NHBC (Reg. 41899). Groundworks and civil engineering is carried out in-house, and our fully trained workforce is widely experienced in all aspects of groundworks construction, enabling us to bring practical solutions to any difficulties encountered in the ground. The Company's Environmental and Waste Minimisation and Sustainability policies have been adopted on all sites and in head office, and we are committed to delivering value and benefits to the communities in which we work. Sunninghill is committed to the promotion of professional and skills training and the support of apprentices within the industry, both directly and through our Supply Chain. We support organisations including TrAC, CoTrain, SECBE and the CITB.
