Technical Aluminium Foil Co LLC is one of companies in United Arab Emirates specialized in the production of aluminium foils for flexible packaging. Located in New Industrial Area, Ajman, U.A.E., , strategically situated and spread over 5000sqm with technologically advanced machineries to provide customer’s need both locally and internationally.
It’s core business is producing cheese foil packaging, lid foil packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and cigarette packaging.

TAFC is operational with the latest equipment and laboratory for testing of incoming raw material, work in progress material and final produced material transforming plain aluminium foil by lacquering, laminating and slitting process according to the costumer’s requirements.

The plant is run by group of professionals that are well versed in aluminium foil business, operations handled by qualified people from the industry with decades of experience. TAFC can process different thickness in various alloys. Every product undergoes comprehensive quality checks with state of the art technology in compliance with International Standards, Product Reliability, traceability from raw materials to finish products.

INFRASTRUCTURE:

The company’s well equipped infrastructure is spread over an area of 5000 sq mtr with technologically advanced machineries.

Coating & Lamination machine 1350 mm deckle width imported from Europe is fully automatic and state of the art equipment of its kind in UAE.

Our Slitting machine is capable of slitting a minimum width of 20 mm and OD of 700 mm. The machine has different rewinding ID options like, 76 mm ,152 mm ,60 mm & 95 mm for various

QUALITY CONTROL :

We have a fully equipped and most modern Quality control laboratory with Perkin Elmer GC Tester Tensile Strength , bond strength , Seal strength testing machines, ECV , ovens , bar coaters etc to test our Raw materials and products.

We follow best practices in all its manufacturing ,Quality assurance and Quality control process to ensure Reliable and consistent product quality.

PACKAGING :

Packing of foils are done as per customer requirements. The foil is initially wrapped with polyethylene sheets ,side protectors and bubble wrap and the same would be packed in corrugated boxes if slitted and jumbo rolls would be packed in wooden boxes with complete protections.

Individual identification of rolls are done with labels showing customer name,product specifications,Gross weight ,net weight etc
