Social Community Guidelines

As a family-friendly, child-orientated organization, we have created our social media community as a place to connect with customers and our team mates.

We look forward to hearing comments and feedback, whether they are good or an opportunity to improve.

We ask that comments and wall posts remain respectful and appropriate. Our Facebook guidelines are designed to help provide a safe environment for our valued community.

These guidelines for posts, communications and general behavior on our social-network pages and online changes are regulated by Kids Quest.
Violation of these guidelines can lead to possible removal from the Page or channel; we may or may not notify people in advance of taking action on certain content. If our guidelines are violated repeatedly, it may result in a participant being banned from engaging in our community. We don’t want to have to do that, so please adhere to our guidelines as listed below.

Please note that the content posted from our community to the Kids Quest Facebook Page does not necessarily reflect the opinions of Kids Quest or its employees, nor can Kids Quest confirm their accuracy.

Our social media guidelines are as follows:

•Keep it clean: no indecent or otherwise inappropriate posts

•No libelous, defamatory, harassing threatening, or abusive posts

•Remain on topic – keep it relevant or related to the overall conversation

•No malicious words or language – Use of abusive or hateful speech, foul language, derogatory remarks, threats, violence or attack towards members of our community or team associates will not be tolerated

•No Spam – this includes multiple posts on the same subject, promotion, solicitation or advertising

•Provocative, trolling or a fake profile; impersonation, targeted or repeated misconduct, deliberately offensive, pot-stirring or provocative posting with the intention of upsetting someone or eliciting an angry response from them will also not be tolerated

•Be original: feel free to share video content, links, photographs and text if you have rights to it, if you don’t own it or have permission, don’t post it

•Mind your own business and keep it legal – don’t invade other’s privacy or publicity rights. No unlawful purpose or activity posts

•No campaigning – repeated posting related to a person or group’s agenda that interferes with the community’s ability to have civil conversations and dialogue about a topic

•Introduce yourself – if you are affiliated with Kids Quest or Cyber Quest (employee, agency, business partner, incentivized blogger/brand ambassador, etc.), be sure to let everyone know, your post should reflect the affiliation

We love to see photos and hear stories, but recommend that you are mindful when posting any personal, identifying or confidential information about you or your child.
