Hella's Independent Aftermarket (HIL), remains committed to providing quality parts and top selling
accessories to the aftermarket and garages across India through its local channel partners. The
quality of Hella original parts is based on or innovative competence, which has made Hella a globally
recognised development partner of the automotive industry.

We are subsidiary of HELLA KGaA Hueck & Co.which is a globally positioned, independent family-
owned company with approximately 25,000 employees at 70 locations in more than 30 countries. It

In India, Hella has manufacturing facilities for Lighting products at Derrabassi in Punjab, for Electrical
& Electronics at Gurgaon in Haryana and design centres at Chennai and Pune. Hella’s dominance

standards. All Hella production facilities worldwide have in place the most stringent quality tests and
standards, giving our customers the assurance of reliable Hella quality.

Headquartered at Gurgaon, the Aftermarket division of HELLA has its offices and distribution points
across India, with a more than 52 employees. Currently the Independent Aftermarket unit has
80 distributors and 3,000 authorized retail partners to support a wide range of lighting systems,
electrical product portfolio of HELLA and thermal products from Behr Hella Service. The field sales
force of HELLA visits more than 10,000 customers per month and organizes more than 60 awareness
campaigns per month to create awareness amongst target trade partners and target consumers.
We focus on training and networking with our electricians to ensure optimal service for our end
consumers.

We are one face to all the consumer needs for any HELLA Products through Aftermarket channel,
covering all product varieties manufactured at all HELLA companies and plants in India and abroad.
