At DUO we understand the limitations imposed by a site layout; therefore to maximize the full potential for the client our in-house design team will customise a system to suit each individual project, fully optimising available space.

Our designs incorporate safe access to all components enabling efficient maintenance.

Aggregate Washing

DUO have over 20 years experience in designing, installing & supporting wash plants and are able to offer industry leading washing equipment. Our aggregate washing products include mobile plants, dewatering screens, logwashers, rinsing screens, sand plants, coarse materials washers, chieftan rinsers, conveyors, feeders and water treatment applications.

Crushing & Screening

DUO have extensive experience in crushing & screening. We provide the right equipment to meet our customers' specific requirements.

DUO are able to offer a comprehensive range of mobile and static crushers from world leading manufacturer Terex mineral processing, consisting of TEREX PEGSON, TEREX CEDARAPIDS and TEREX CANICA. We offer primary, secondary and tertiary crushing units to process material from hard rock to construction and demolition. Our crushing and screening products include mobile, modular and static systems.

Recycling

Duo offer recycling products including separator screens, waste systems, mobile picking belts and air waste separators. Our heavy-duty designs are based on many years experience of producing high quality mechanical handling plants for the quarrying and material handling industries and we design and install purpose built equipment to suit your specific waste processing and site requirements.

Parts & Servicing

To ensure your systems remain in working order, we also supply a full range of parts and offer service contracts to maintain your equipment.

At DUO we are totally committed to customer service and recognise the need to respond promptly to all our customer requirements. Most parts are available on next day delivery and our team of service engineers, headed by our Service Manager, can work with you to ensure minimum downtime due to equipment issues.
