We are a local, family run business specialising in Loft and Garage Conversions. We have over 20 years experience in the business and are happy to visit your property to discuss your requirements. We offer free no obligation quotations and are members of The Guild of Master Craftsmen and Trustmark.

Many people don't realise that planning permission is not required for a Velux window loft conversion or rear dormer windows. A conversion can be completed in approx 6-8 weeks.

We offer a full design service or you can choose to have your own plans drawn up. We can carry out a structural only conversion if you prefer to use your own trades to carry out plumbing, electric etc.
