Zen-Shin Black Belt Academy in Birmingham West Midlands is a professional and friendly martial arts academy for all ages. It supports physical, emotional and social development . Our mission is to make our students more successful in life through practice of their martial arts and to always influence them in a positive manner. To accomplish this, we must instill 'Black Belt Excellence' to set goals for self improvement and to develop the non-quitting spirit that is necessary to overcome obstacles and become successful.

We offer a range of different classes so you can choose one that suits you!

At The Zen-Shin Academy we offer children's and adults karate classes, mixed kickboxing and ladies only kickboxing classes.
The Martial arts will help you develop confidence, self discipline, fitness and respect for others.
You will learn self defense and increase your flexibility, power, speed and stamina. You will be awarded belts as you progress through the grading system.
