www.enhanceyourbirth.co.uk- HypnoBirthing is a complete birth education programme, that teaches simple but specific self hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques for a better birth. With HypnoBirthing, you'll discover that severe pain does not have to be an accompaniment of labour.

I provide classes to couples on a one to one basis in your home and at a convenient, flexible time and where there is demand, for groups of couples, in a fixed location at a set time every week. The classes are carried out over 5 weeks (usually one a week) and generally last between 2-2.5 hours per class. The HypnoBirthing book and CD is included in the price of the course along with lots of other useful materials.
