Hello, Im Simon Guntrip, the owner of Bestfootforward.

I teach Ballroom, Latin American and Argentine Tango dancing in evening classes as well as dance fitness classes using Latin & Ballroom dance steps. It is always a good laugh and people come away from the lesson having learnt a new skill and increased their fitness.

In addition to this, during the day, I go into Care/Residential homes to dance with the residents and also do some teaching for the staff so that they can get up and entertain the residents. This works particularly well for those that have limited mobility. Both residents and staff have a good time and it engages the elderly, keeping them mobile, alert and happy!
