My name is Mandy Mole and I am a retired midwife with 30 years experience in the Health Service. I set up my company to offer services to the public particularly pregnant and new Mums and their families.

After many years experience as an ante natal teacher I was inspired by witnessing some beautiful births to investigate Hypnobirthing. I have been a teacher of this wonderful method of birthing since 2008 holding private classes for couples from my home in Woking, Surrey and in the M3 corridor (West Surrey, North Hampshire and East Berkshire/Buckinghamshire borders).

I am also a qualified ante and post natal exercise instructor and have been teaching privately for the past 25 years. Mums-to-be can enjoy exercise whilst being buoyant and kept cool in water at my Aqua-natal class in Woking's Pool in the Park on Wednesday eves 7-7.45pm.
Post natal sessions are run outdoors with baby in a buggy in the St John's Woking area. I call these "Buggyfit to drop" and sessions run on a Thursday from 3-4pm starting from the St John's Memorial hall st John's Lye Woking.

I'm a post -natal discussion group Facilitator. This is a free 6 week course for new Mums in the St John's/ Knaphill Woking area and aims to help mums make new friends and explore issues about being a new mum. It may even help prevent/ reduce post-natal depression.

I have a diploma in Massage therapy and can offer bespoke holistic massage in my own home or I can come to yours with my equipment. I also specialise in pregnancy massage and have a qualification in pregnancy aromatherapy and reflexology. These can be very useful as regular treatments during the pregnancy and if you go past your "due date"

I'm a qualified Infant Massage instructor and run 5 week group classes on Thursdays 2.15-3pm in the St John's memorial Hall, St John's Lye, Woking. I can also be hired to teach private groups over 4x 1 hour sessions and at weekends this can involve the Dads.

I am committed to personal and professional development and regularly attend training courses. I am a member of the RCM (Royal College of Midwives) and of REPS (Register of exercise professionals) and FEDANT( Fedaration of Ante-natal Teachers) I am affiliated with The KG HypnoBirthing Association ( Katherine Graves method) and I am also DBS checked. I have insurance through REPS and Holistic Insurance Services.
