ELEVATE classes are designed to progress the skills, technique and performance of the Street Dance student. ELEVATE classes will provide skills relevant to the ever-evolving dance style of today, this week, right now!
Students will learn styles such as general Commercial dance, Waacking, Vogue, Tutting, basic Break dance, Top rock, and Locking, with focus on confidence building to enhance performance skills.
ELEVATE also does Adult Street, Adult Jazz/Vintage, Hens parties, wedding dances and kids parties. See website for more details (elevatedance.co.uk)
ELEVATE’S principle Jacinta Landon from New Zealand, is a qualified Commercial Dancer – having studied Commercial Dance - Performing Arts with ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop and singing and has attended dance classes from the age of 5 years old.
She has performed in live shows and events, musical theatre, video clips and danced television series.
“You can be anything you want to be – you just have to want it enough. I love to show my students what a bit of hard work and determination can achieve and it doesn’t matter how long it takes, if you truly know in your heart that you want to dance – you will. "
