Osteopathy assesses the structure and function of the body to allow diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal and medical conditions in people of all ages from babies to adults.

Osteopaths use an extensive range of hands on techniques to improve joint movement, muscle tone, nerve function and circulation. Using these techniques we aim to help remove barriers to the body’s own healing to provide relief from symptoms, usually pain which may affect any part of the body such as:

Neck pain and headaches
Back pain
Shoulder, elbow and hand problems
Knee and foot

We also help our patients to improve function: stiffness, flexibility, sporting performance and balanced movement throughout the body.
