• Screening e-mails, deleting the spam, responding to general emails and forwarding or highlighting things of importance that need your attention
• Diary management: including scheduling and confirming appointments
• Travel arrangements: perhaps simply sourcing best prices
• Bookkeeping
• Performing miscellaneous research
• Creating expense claims
• Creating invoices
