The Pole Studio is one of the biggest Pole Fitness schools in the UK. With four full time, dedicated studios as well as classes in various Health clubs across the South East, we run over 80 group classes a week and many more private lessons. Whether you are a beginner looking for a fun way to get fit with friends or if you are an advanced pole dancer wanting to learn the latest tricks, we have a class for you.

Our studios are in Balham, Croydon, Chessington, Dorking, Epsom, Maidenhead, Merton, Reading, Reigate, Staines, Twickenham, Uxbridge, Wandsworth, Wimbledon & Woking

We also have a Pole Studio in Pretoria, South Africa – www.thepolestudio.co.za - run by ex British Pole Dancing Champion and World Competitor, Tracey Simmonds.

At The Pole Studio we aim to combine the sensual side of pole dancing with the physically demanding discipline of pole fitness. We will provide you with a total body workout, regardless of your age, size or fitness level. Pole dancing will increase your flexibility, help you lose weight, build your core strength, stamina and fitness and most importantly, it's great fun.

Each lesson consists of a warm up, series of dance moves, spins, poses and transitions around and on the pole then a cool down. All of our instructors are fully insured and qualified fitness professionals or professional dancers.
