I teach yoga for mixed levels of experience. I combine my yoga teacher trainings with inspirations from hatha, anusara, para and katonah styles of yoga to teach with a particular focus on posture alignment, breath and relaxation.

Tuesdays 9:30am Falmouth Yoga Space
Tuesdays 6:30pm The Tolmen Centre, Constantine
Wednesdays 7:45am Surfers Against Sewage, St Agnes
Thursdays (every other) Gendall Design, Falmouth (private class)
Fridays 9:30am The Andrew Hall, Helston
