Hello! Welcome to Yoga for all Canterbury!

Classes are held every:-
Friday at 7-8pm at Canterbury College, New Dover road, Canterbury, CT1 3HJ
Tuesday at 7.45-8.45pm at Chartham Village Hall, CT4 7JA

Each class is designed to gently help you unwind and relax, leaving the stresses of the week behind and feeling energised for the days ahead, whilst gradually building strength & flexibility.

Classes are held in a friendly, relaxing and welcoming environment. If you have questions, just ask!

Beginners & intermediate abilities both welcome.

Classes are £7.00 per session or you can book a block of 5 for £30 (these do not need to be used consecutively).
