As we hold masses of stock in our expansive warehouse facility, we are able to provide free next working day delivery within the UK on all orders over £50.00. All orders, no matter what the value, are shipped on an insured and tracked service to ensure the safety of your parcel right up to your door. Moreover, unlike most companies, we take orders right up until 5pm and still guarantee next working day delivery… now you can’t get much fairer than that.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model/colour if preferred (excluding custom made items which are non-returnable unless faulty). We offer a free watch bracelet adjustment service on all physically adjustable watches; so if you don’t have the time to get it done locally…let us do it for you! Simply put your wrist size in the additional comments section of the checkout page and leave the rest to us.
