That's why we like to keep things simple, we only have 1 fixed rate tariff at any one time, so there's no confusion as to which tariff to choose. We're also committed to always being one of the best value energy suppliers in the UK (we operate a Low Price Policy to ensure this). So you'll be safe in the knowledge that you're always on a great deal.

We don't offer discounts, mates rates, 2 for 1 or new customer only deals, we believe that everyone should get the same great value energy deal regardless of who you are (an average customer currently saves around £300 a year by switching over to us).

We also think that managing your energy should be easy so we created a great online self-serve portal so you can manage everything you need from there. Hopefully you'll never need to speak to us but if you do have problems, you can speak to one of our UK-based advisors.
