Coopers Estate Agents are one of the most well established (1982) firms of highly qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in Coventry and offer a complete range of property services. Occupying one of the larger and more modern property showrooms in Coventry, our highly successful team has achieved great success.

The father and son team of Ron and Martin Cooper opened Coopers Estate Agents for business in 1982 and have since gone from strength to strength to become one of Coventry's leading Estate Agents. In 2012 Simon Cooper joined the company, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

Our aim is to provide comprehensive and knowledgeable advice to every client. Coopers use the latest in computerised administrative systems, which allow all our staff to have available the most up to date information within seconds.

Coopers Residential Lettings is well established in the City Centre offering a comprehensive service from finding a property, successful letting of that property and the ongoing management and rent collection.

Our Survey Centre carrys our RICS Homebuyers Surveys, together with formal Valuation reports for major financial institutions.
