Payne Associates are a leading estate agent in Coventry and Balsall Common . Established in 2008, Payne Associates hit the ground running establishing five offices in prime locations across Coventry and Balsall Common. This was a bold move taken at a time when many competitors were either closing offices or scaling back their networks. We illustrated our desire, determination and belief in being able to provide a successful, quality service which has become the envy of many competitors.

The Company was founded by John Payne, Malcolm Margerrison and Anthony Twigger as Directors, aided by Consultant Howard Townsend and Chartered Surveyor Peter Dick. Together they have approaching 150 years experience within the industry. The vast majority of which has been within Coventry.
