Realest was established in 2013 by Stuart Cook and subsequently expanded in 2015 with the arrival of David Ferriman, Robert Haynes and Steven Williams as equal shareholders. They have been advising Major Public and Private Sector clients initially through Chesterton, then Atisreal and most recently BNP Paribas Real Estate.

We have a proven track record in solving problems and creating value.

We achieve this through; understanding our client’s business requirements and providing integrated solutions from our wide property sector experience. We have detailed knowledge of the Commercial Property, Higher Education and Healthcare sectors.

With a multi-disciplined advisory team with over 75 years of experience in the central south coast commercial property market, the Realest team has the expertise and proven track record of working with the some of the South Coasts major corporate, national and regional occupiers and landlords.

We pride ourselves on our unique, director led service, which ensures every client is provided with the wealth of experience and expertise which only comes from being based in the same market place for nearly three decades.

Notable past clients include: University of Southampton, Ordnance Survey, Southampton Solent University, Centrica Plc, SSE Plc, Micheldever Tyres, Aviva Pension Funds, AXA Investors, F and C REIT as well as many regional clients and investors.
