Focus Fitness UK is a market-leading fitness training organisation and the number one provider of REPs approved Level 3 Fitness and Personal Training Diplomas. Founded by former Crystal Palace teammates Dougie Freedman and Gavin Heeroo in 2012, our aim is to help individuals to turn their passion for health and fitness into a long-term career.

With courses in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Sheffield, we provide support before, during and after training. For those seeking a career change, we offer both full-time (7 weeks Mon-Fri) and part-time (8 weeks Sat-Sun) courses. We can also provide full government funding for those over the age of 24 and interest-free personal loans for 18-23 year olds.

Graduates of Focus Fitness UK include some of the biggest names working in the industry today. Our tutors provide a great insight into the workings of the health and fitness world. Hundreds have already been guided into successful careers through our continued mentoring and our partnerships with some of the UK’s top gym chains and sports clubs.
