Founded in 1987, by Garry McHugh, GM Developments has progressed from carrying out small extensions and alterations, to being recognised as one of South West London’s foremost builders. We carry out prestigious projects to the highest of qualities.

GM Developments’ fundamental aim is to make our clients’ property dreams a reality. The company’s success is a result of our commitment to our primary principles; to always ensure the highest standards of finishes, and to establish a good relationship with our client. Whether we refurbish an existing house to meet a client’s specific needs, or build an entirely new home, this attitude is never compromised.
Our business is built upon understanding and meeting, if not exceeding, our clients’ expectations by creating an exceptionally beautiful home that is true to the design concept. We strive to find a solution to overcome the unexpected, and resolve any issues in a positive and practical way, which minimises any delays. This approach means that we can continuously deliver an efficient and professional service to our clients.

Our portfolio contains a vast array of bespoke properties, which we have been able to create by working closely with the design team and contributing our practical experience to the design process. This allows us to be able to either transform older properties into fully functional, modern homes without compromising the beauty of traditional architecture, or, starting from a blank canvas, build our clients a new home in whichever style they desire.

In 2014, GM Developments set up GM London (gmlondon.com), a property development company that typically focuses on individual new builds or small, multiple unit schemes.
