We are passionate about care for people suffering with dementia and in a small way we try to help. That is why we constantly strive to develop and test new products that assist carers in the care they provide.
We know that when a person with dementia finds that their mental abilities are declining, they often feel vulnerable and in need of reassurance and support.

Their carers, friends and family - need to do everything they can to help the person to retain their sense of identity and also provide measures for their physical security. That is why we developed Mat-On-Guard.

Power Options Ltd manufacture and distribute Mat-On-Guard, a wireless electronic pressure mat for use in patient care at Nursing and Care Homes.

Mat-On-Guard is used in fall accident prevention and warning. The pressure mat is placed at the base of the patient's bed or at their room door exit and warns a carer when the patient gets out of bed or attempting to leave their room.

The electronic mat operates wirelessly with the chime receivers up to the range of 100m from the mat.
