We have expertise in dress alterations, restyling, made to measure, bespoke tailoring and dress design.
Established in 1992 by a fine arts graduate with home sewing skills and ambition, Design & Alter (formerly Designer Alterations), has grown from a living room to the leading retail and private specialist clothing alterations studio, not only in London but in the whole of the UK.
