Determined to offer the highest standards of food delivery to large numbers of people attending Events, he conceived CARBONIS.

CARBONIS is dedicated to providing live charcoal cooked food, together with Rotisserie on mobile units.

Simply put, cooking meat, chicken and fish on charcoal, gives additional taste, impossible to replicate, cooking by other means.
