Chessell Pottery Barns is now closed for the winter. However the studio only will be open for painters on Tuesdays throughout November and December, from 10 - 4pm. We are also open for a Christmas Gift Painting day on Saturday 2nd December 10 - 5pm.

This small collection of rural barns includes a Gift Barn, Pottery Studio with seating for 50 where you can have a go at painting your own handmade English pottery, and a popular Café, renowned for the best 'Island Cream Tea’. Also serving light lunches and full Afternoon Tea. Chessell serves artisan coffee and delicious hand made cakes, scones & pastries all lovingly baked onsite. Welcoming visitors of all ages, there is no entrance fee at the pottery, disabled facilities & free parking!
