Welcome to the Facebook page of 'Activate Health' we provide numerous services to help improve Personal Health, fitness and overall well-being using various approaches. We are personal trainers with a difference! our expertise is in looking after special needs populations. Our services include; health and exercise consultations, personal training and programme design, falls and injury prevention, cardiac rehabilitation, pre and postnatal exercise, corrective exercise therapy and childrens activities.
