Our friendly facility is home to two heated swimming pools. Our main pool of 25m x 12.5m for lane swimming, public swimming, classes such as aqua fit and aqua zumba as well as fun sessions including our large inflatable. There is also a teaching pool for little ones to help build their confidence where also a range of toys are available for them to play to with.
We hold many group exercise classes in our studio for all ranges of ability and intensity from pure stretch and Pilates through to body pump and ab attack - there is something for everyone!
Our gym is a fully equipped facility with a large range of both cardio equipment, resistance machines and free weights! Combined with our friendly gym team, we can offer you above and beyond your ordinary gym experience and help you develop a healthy lifestyle.
