Capital Demolition has been established in the demolition industry since 1963, providing Large and Small Client Organisations with the very best service possible.

Capital Demolition headquarters are based near Chertsey, Surrey. Capital House situates in a 2,500 square foot purpose built facility which occupies a small but significant part of the 6 acre site, from which the large modern plant and machinery fleet is maintained and operated.

Capital Demolition provides first rate service to an extensive list of well known and respected developers, local authorities, construction contractors and consultant organisations, many of whom are regular clients.

Capital Demolition acts as a Principle Contractor on over 95% of projects undertaken and produce full CDM documentation for all contracts.
