The atmosphere at Healthlands Whitley Bay is friendly and motivating whether your goal is general fitness or weight loss we can help. Many of our members are new to exercise when they first join so you never need to worry about fitting in!
Our fitness classes offer great fun, we have lively instructors to keep you motivated and really challenge you to push yourself to the next level. Our expert instructors will ensure you are getting the most from your workout.
Getting fit and reaching your goals is simple with our wide variety easy to use gym equipment. Our friendly instructors are always on hand to offer help, motivate and support you. Your results are our priority.

We have a range of membership options with no yearly contract and we even offer a 2 day free pass so you can see what it’s all about before you join. If you have any questions then our Manager Shirley will be happy to help.
