Baked is a cake café that supports the community and sells homemade, locally sourced baked goods and a range of hot and cold drinks. Operating as a social enterprise we enhance the fabric of the community by providing young people with employment, training and skills development opportunities; provide a space for people to meet, eat and socialise; support local community groups and charities; and champion local businesses.

Baked responds to the challenges faced by society today by using a model that is a change from business as usual, operating in a way to challenge the dominant way of doing business and changing what is at its core. By offering customers a fairer, better, more ethical, way to consume without any concession to quality, we utilise the power of business to create positive social change in Worthing, Adur and West Sussex.
