Brunel University London, named after and inspired by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, is a world-class UK university based in Uxbridge, London.

We are proud to be the chosen home to students from over 100 countries, and offer a diverse and inclusive campus boasting societies, development courses, activities, sports, restaurants, cafes, gym, shops, and accommodation – all with transport links to central London. We even guarantee accommodation for all our first year students.

Over recent years we have invested £400 million into a redevelopment programme for our campus and facilities. We have ensured accessibility for all our students across our campus, and our sports facilities are used by professional athletes such as Usain Bolt and the Jamaican Olympic team when they are training for big events. Some of our students have been lucky enough to meet Usain before his training sessions!

Our Professional Development Centre offers students advice and support about their careers, with the aim of ensuring all our graduates feel ready and prepared for the work place, while also providing them with the experience they need for their chosen job role.

We are also fortunate enough to provide our students with inspiring and thought-provoking lecturers such as Will Self and Benjamin Zephaniah. Not only this, but our research is some of the best in the world, and Brunel graduates go on to win awards for their exceptional work across all research areas and disciplines.

Alongside our lecturers and published research, we also produced many notable Alumni who we continue to champion in their achievements, including Jo Brand, Lee Mack, Archie Panjabi, Mark Bagley, Kelly Sotherton, James Cracknell and Eniola Aluko.
