We offer a fantastic range of free and fixed weights, a cardiovascular studio as well as numerous classes such as box-fit, core abs blast, body conditioning and spinning – a class to suit everyone, whatever your level of fitness and ability.

We have personal trainers who are available to offer that little bit of extra coaching, whether to keep you motivated or get you ready for a marathon! Whatever your background, we at Stringer’s will ensure that every individual gets the most out of their training or keep-fit regime.
