TECHNOLOGY
Fully utilise FEA & CFD to ensure right 1st time and compress programmes. 3D scanner using white light technology and proofing with Red/Amber/Green onto CAD.

PROTOTYPE
Pioneers in design for RP tooling and Carbon Prototype Manufacture. Stratasys FDM400 & 250 machines - up to 230°C. Kuka KR6 6-Axis robot arm for machining and finishing. Dwell-01 Autoclave. Binder 300’C post cure oven.

TOOLS
Expert Catia V5/V6 and GrabCAD. CAT6 LAN that caters for up to 47 seats. Capability to split server per project. Configurable for individual protocol.

MANAGE
Centrally located in Oxford, UK. Dash-CAE are a professional satellite operation, experienced in virtual communication with a lean and efficient approach.
