In 2015, the company was acquired from the Williams family by a consortium of management and staff, and most staff are now also shareholders.

Our Values

We believe that our values are the bedrock of our business, and can be summed up in three words:

Integrity

In any circumstance, we actively choose to do the right thing – because it is the right thing to do, even when it’s not easy, and even when nobody would know if we compromised. We do not do anything that we would not be prepared to see splashed on the front page of our local newspaper.

Loyalty

We look after the people who look after us. This includes staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Loyalty is a two-way street, and we place a high premium on mutually beneficial long term relationships.

Ambition
