Our specialist horse rug washing facility provides our customers with a high quality, fast and efficient service. Whether you are an individual horse owner or a commercial business such as training yards and riding schools, our experienced team will provide a caring service, an excellent result and a fast turnaround. We understand your horse rugs are important to you, we know they are valuable and that your horse’s welfare is paramount. We tag every rug with a unique ID from the moment it comes in the door to the moment it is handed back to you, so you can be certain you get the same rug back, cleaned beautifully, reproofed against the harshest weather and where necessary repaired to the highest standards.

Equine rug washing is a very specialized activity and requires proven expertise and a planned purpose-designed facility. All our team are horse lovers and they take an immense pride in the work that they undertake and in providing the best quality horse rug cleaning service in the UK. EA Equi-Rugwash are eco-friendly and strive to reduce our impact on the environment every day. We will dry rugs naturally wherever possible and wash them in cold water but without compromising the quality of the result. Cold washing also ensures that your rugs stay in shape, the same size they came to us and that the seams will not be damaged in any way. We use the latest in insecticides and anti-bacterial washes to ensure that all traces of infection are removed from the rugs so that cross or re-contamination risks are absolutely minimized.

As well as offering a free delivery and collection service within a 30-40 mile radius of Selby, North Yorkshire we also have various collection points from many tack shops and livery yards. We will collect your rugs from various pick-up points throughout the area.

Depending on the number of rugs collected, we can usually wash and return them within a week. Whatever state your rug is in when it reaches us, we'll return it looking almost as good as new. Any rug that needs repairs may take a few more days, but it will be returned to you at no extra cost.
