By The Fire Abbey Foregate, offers a warm welcome to all of its customers. This family business was established in 1985 and is owned and run by the Timmins family. Roy is semi-retired but still play an active role in the business, whilst Laurence their son is the Gas Safe & H.E.T.A.S. registered engineer and fits all of the fires and fireplaces. Mandy their daughter manages the showroom.

By The Fire offers a comfortable, friendly welcoming atmosphere for you to feel at home in. The showroom offers a wide variety of fires and fireplaces ranging from traditional, modern and contemporary styles, hopefully offering something for everyone.

Knowledgeable staff are on hand to give information and advice on each customers individual fire and fireplace requirements. By The Fire offer a bespoke service so many of the fireplaces on show can be altered to fit any situation. Wood-burning stoves, hole-in-the-wall, marble suites, cast iron inserts and wooden mantels are just a few of the designs which can be found in the showroom.
