Since 1981, Cake Decorator, Baker and Confectioner, Paula Gibson has been designing and producing high quality, speciality cakes for all occasions. Using a wide range of skills and techniques to create bespoke designs, Paula and her team have built a reputation for producing cakes that both look and taste fantastic.

Today, Paula shares her passion for cake decorating with others by advising and supplying customers with everything they need to bring their own ideas to fruition.

Based in Monton, just 4 miles from Manchester city centre, her shop is an Aladdin’s Cave of cake decorating equipment and accessories. It is also home to a huge range of Partyware and the balloon décor and delivery services.
