Sapphire's Bodyshop opens its door from 6am and operates through up until 8pm. This allows us to provide certain customers with a fast track repair service, reducing cycle times massively. Sapphire also offers a 24 hour Accident Assistance telephone number for all customers who need it. We will arrange for the vehicle to be recovered if it is undrivable and brought back to our site where it will be stored safely over night. Regarding the cases where a courtesy vehicle is needed, we can arrange this immediately early morning the next day to avoid the customers daily routine from being interrupted.
