We have an extensive grassland farm & use traditional farming methods used by my father and grandfather. We graze strong continental cross cattle to produce succulent beef. Our laying hens produce fresh eggs daily for our farm shop & turkey eggs are available in season.
The farm shop sells a wide selection of wild game. We make our own sausages and burgers all of which are gluten free & our bacon is from 'Richard Woodall' in Cumbria whose recipies date back 9 generations. We stock a full range from Longley Farm dairy and a wonderful selection of English cheeses. The food cupboard section includes the highest quality ingredients to accompany & compliment all your cooking.
Order your Christmas fayre for 2017 from August to include Bronze turkeys, cockerels & geese.
In the farm shop kitchen we cook all our own pies, ready meals, pastries, desserts, chutneys, jams and cakes. That special occasion can also be catered & tailored to your needs.
On the second Saturday of the month we have a wet fish day straight from Blakeney in Norfolk, orders can be placed by the Tuesday before.
We have a herb centre with over 66 diverse varieties available throughout the growing season.
The craft shop stocks many major brands of scrapbooking supplies including Graphic 45, Pion Design papers, Petaloo flowers, Hampton Art stamps and Ranger inks & to name a few. Kits and patterns are in stock for all your scrapbook projects.
A bobbin lace group is held every Monday & lace supplies, threads & ribbons are also stocked.
