IDC offers a wide variety of themes taught by experienced tutors. Fashion, corsetry, tailoring, womenswear/ menswear, pattern cutting & millinery. Patchwork & Quilting, Soft furnishings, Knitting, Felt making & Experimental Textiles.
Whether you are interested in Fashion, Textiles or Craft, you are bound to find something to suit you. Classes are small and designed for beginners as well as for those with experience who wish to improve existing skills. Classes are taught during the day and in the evening.

You can learn to create your own simple made to measure piece of clothing, a millinery headpiece or hat, a tailored suit, and many more including specialized craft and textile techniques with our visiting tutors.
We have a small on site cafe and craft shops with ample parking and a five min walk from the Redditch train station and Bus station
