At CrossFit Guildford you will find a coach who will teach you to lift, run, jump and work hard. Not only this but you will meet like minded people who will help you work harder and achieve your goals even faster.

To find us when you leave the Old Portsmouth Road at the roundabout you need to then turn left into the industrial estate not carry on straight into the park and ride. Once in the industrial estate you need to follow the road right the way round and we are the last unit on the right.
