On The Limit provides a creative and effective studio timetable with daily Spinning classes, Core & Strength classes, Circuits, Stability Balls, Pump, Zumba, Boxercise, Pilates plus many more! From early morning sessions for the commuters, mid-morning sessions for the mums, 30 minute flash classes for those who like a lunchtime work-out or the midweek evening sessions, we are sure your'll find a class or two to suit.
