House Rules:
Our service connects good people with good people, so we’ve set up some house rules to make sure the excitement of home improvement is the only thing on our users’ minds. Comments that violate these rules will be removed; users who persist in violating them will be banned from the page.
- Abusive language, swear words, obscenities, sexism or racism are not acceptable
- Harassment, threatening or stalking of members of staff, tradespeople, homeowners and other members of the community will not be tolerated
- Anything we consider spam – such as repetitive posts, and commercial promotional posts not connected to the service – will be removed
- Formal investigations currently underway must not be discussed for legal reasons
- Users must not share their personal details or those of others publicly
