The Group encompasses a number of individual companies and subsidiaries, each with its own specific focus, resourced by staff with specialist skills. While each company operates independently, they are all intrinsically linked and regularly work closely together. This gives the Group the ability to successfully deliver a wide range of building projects, offering a seamless joined-up approach across all areas of expertise.

The shareholding in the Group is presently 51% owned by Mr RE Wright and 49% owned by the Eric Wright Trust, a charitable body. This unique constitution allows Group companies to follow longer term commercial strategies, and to continue to grow and develop the business securely over time.

The Eric Wright Group's fundamental philosophy is to operate a profitable property and construction business which provides secure long-term job opportunities for its staff, and to establish durable relationships with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors while returning a proportion of its profits to the community by way of support for local charities and deserving causes.
