The company is one of the few privately owned providers of service and maintenance plans. These are not outsourced for external service delivery and the work is undertaken by the company’s employees.

o Landlord Safety Reports and other certification
o 24 hour cover
o System Design facility
o Commercial Line drawing and test procedures for gas installations
o Energy efficiency review
o Disaster recovery procedures for oil
o Periodic inspection on electrical work
o Tailored service plans

The company achieves work completion by having:
o Dedicated technical support line for customers and staff
o A large “In House” stores with a significant stock of spares and replacement parts
o All Field Operatives use vehicles that carry specific stock
o One fix objective which includes an “In House” parts delivery system
