We encourage users of the Vision Express Facebook page to like, share and comment on the page, however we require users to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. If a user behaves in a way that Vision Express deems unacceptable, their comments will be removed and they will be banned from the Vision Express page.

Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Using offensive language
• Threatening behaviour
• Suggesting or encouraging criminal behaviour

If you would like to make a query or complaint about service received by Vision Express, posts and messages will be answered during the following times:

• Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm
• Saturday: 9am - 6pm
• Sunday: 10am – 6pm
• Bank Holidays: 10am – 6pm
