Over the past forty years Seaward Properties has established a reputation for setting the highest standards of quality and design in residential and commercial property development throughout the South of England.

Since 1972 Seaward Properties has built over 1,600 new homes, many of which have been in the Chichester district. In 2005 Seaward was proud to receive two awards from Zurich Building Guarantee recognising the achievements in design of the stylish waterside property development The Wharf in Chichester and in 2006 the Wharf received the Evening Standard Best Small Development award. In 2011 Seaward's latest development in Chichester, The Square, received the Evening Standard Award for the Best New Regeneration Project and a What House award for the Best Mixed Use Development.

From initial planning and construction to final landscaping and interior finishes, Seaward’s architectural designs draw upon the best of British building tradition.

A number of projects have been undertaken in partnership with investors, landowners and Local Authorities and all maintain Seaward’s high standard of quality in materials and craftsmanship.

Seaward is proud to be part of Chichester life and has supported the work of the Festival Theatre for many years. Seaward has also provided support for the Chichester Cinema at New Park, the Chichester Rugby Club, the Unity Arts Trust, Operation Smile and St. Wilfrid's Hospice.
