Cadman have been builders in Colchester since 1932 when they were formed as C M Cadman & Son. Since then Cadman have evolved into one of the largest builders in Colchester and are structured as below.

All Design and Build and major construction contracts are carried out by the C M Cadman Group Limited and its subsidiary Cadman Construction Limited.

The Cadman Building Companies are family run and have a large direct labour work force. We provide both technical and Health & Safety training for all employees which is essential in a rapidly changing working environment.

Our premises incorporate a large Joinery Shop, Plumbing and Heating Department and a Fitters Workshop. The Joinery Shop provides the ideal solution to providing specialist joinery items made to a very high quality, staffed by a mixture of experienced craftsmen and apprentices. Our Plumbing Department serves the needs of the small works side of the business as well as Emergency Insurance works.
